Congratulations: Congratulations on being motivated. I would suggest focusing on having fun while getting fit. Jog at a pace that makes you feel alive and vital. It should feel like you are making a solid effort, break a good sweat, but don't over-strain. Don't worry about heart rate, etc. Slow and steady weight loss is generally more sustainable than fast. Eat at least 5-8 servings of vegetables & fruits per day
