A member asked:

Can u prevent a heart attack or heart related problems, even if you get signs by eating healthy & exercising.. or going to the hospital is necessary?

Possibly: My advice to you would be based on a 1973 book, the title of which was 'sweet and dangerous'. The research showed that sugar was the major cause of heart disease. Unfortunately it has largely been ignored.

Heart attack prevent: It is necessary to seek medical attention if a heart attack is suspected. While eating healthy and exercising is thought to decrease the chance of heart attacks, other factors (genetic, etc), cannot be controlled. Other ex, a blockage in the coronaries can take as little as a small cholesterol plaque deposited in the wrong spot. If you or friend have chest pain, call 911. Life may depend on it.
