Aspirin: It depends given your past medical history. If you are over 45 you might benefit from a baby Aspirin daily. If you have high cholesterol, having that treated with medication can help reduce your further risk of heart problems. Certainly you want to get adequate exercise most days of the week. There is not enough research to confirm what vitamins to take yet.
