Some people have a low heart rate when at rest. If you are having symptoms like lightheaded or dizziness, then see your doctor. There are many possible etiologies for a low heart rate at rest but if your heart rate increases with activity and you are not having any symptoms, then no treatment is needed. Have your doctor review your meds to be sure none are causing this to occur. Good luck!
