About the same: Regular physical activity is what you need to do. Generally the more physical activity, the better.

Personal choice: It depends on many factors: the particular activity, its risk of injury, your level of enjoyment, your motivation for exercise (hobby, specific health reason, weight loss, etc). 3-5 times/week for 30-60 minutes is a great goal for most individuals.
