How can i quickly remove junk food from my diet so i can get a healthy vegetarian diet?

ASAP: There is no guideline to detox from junk food. The earlier you do it the better it is. You may go through a period of withdrawal b/c of the sugar, fat and caffeine but in about 2 weeks you will feel better. Make sure you actually eat vegetables/fruits 7-9 per day since most vegetarians end up eating carbs.
