A member asked:

How can nightly walking help me manage my stress?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: In my opinion, the evidence is clear that exercise is probably better than any antidepressent or antianxiety med out there. The key is finding an activity that you find enjoyable. If it is walking for you then that's great. Just be careful at night that you walk in a safe area and bring a flashlight or wear reflective clothing so cars can see you.
