When drifting to sleep but being disrupted, i was semi dreaming & getting up walking into walls.. this happened three times recently when my husband had to get me back into bed. what could be causing this? im highly stressed at the moment. thanks.

I'm concerned: that you most likely have a serious "sleep disorder" and you are correct that TENSION and STRESS are playing a role in the problem ! Speak with your Primary Care Giver ASAP and ask if you need a referral ....\ Hope this helps! Dr z
