How is it ok if u have a reg stress tst its normal but u can still be walking around with blockage or clot and not know it are there symptoms?

Possible, but...: A regular stress test is about 60-70% accurate at picking up blockages. The good news is, though, that it is pretty good at picking severe blockages, especially if >1 artery is blocked. As to a "clot" -- clots cause "Heart Attacks" --not subtle. A 41 yo woman with a normal stress test is unlikely to have significant blockage. As always, please speak to your own physician/cardiologist to be sure
