By the time you develop headaches, chest pain or shortness of breath you have probably had uncontrolled high blood pressure for a long time. The only way to know how your blood pressure is doing is to have it measured by a trained professional.

Htn: High blood pressure is called the silent killer because the vast majority of people feel nothing . If you are lucky enough you will feel headaches possible nosebleeds.
