That's not why...: That's not why you are getting fat. The primary, number one reason, people get fat is they eat too much. Go back and read again. We live in a world flooded with excess calories (mostly carbs). The what you eat component is way more important than they what you burn issue. Standing is great but moving is even better. Both beat sitting all day. So count carbs, not calories!
