Try these: Take a walk. Do some stretching or yoga. Share the things that are stressing you out with a friend/counselor or in a journal. Use a stress-reducing breathing technique (not just a deep breathe--look it up to find out more or message me). Meditate or pray. Listen to a stress-reducing guided imagery audio (cd, mp3, etc). Get a massage. Consider acupuncture.
