What can I do to relieve midday stress headaches besides a nap?
I get these headaches everyday it hurts my upper nose & lower forehead and I get dizzy I almost always get them when I take naps, what could this be ?
If i lay down longer than 8-9 hours (asleep or awake) i develop a severe headache. Worst when lying down or bending over at the waist. Whole head hurts, but feels worse at back bottom of skull. Advice?
