Many: Chronic symptoms and signs from repetitive concussions include: headaches, memory problems, depression, insomnia, difficulty learning, etc. Some now are linking multiple concussions to even more serious brain conditions such as dementia.

Eventual outcomes: Repetitive head injuries can cause Post-Traumatic Encephalopathy, with Alzheimer-like dementia, but also, might promote Parkinson's issues. So, best to avoid multiple concussions, especially by avoiding sports at high risk, such as football, boxing, hockey.
