Depends: ? prognosis for fibromyalgia (FM). FM disorder can progresses over time absent corrective therapies. With concern for mechanical injury (especially as inciting cofactor in males) & chronic soft tissue injuries evoking FM symptoms should: lose weight if obese, increase muscle mass & tone with aquatic therapy, gentle yoga, massage, Vitamin D eval, & mindfulness therapy; as survivors have reported.
