Good question!: Healthy diet is important all the way. Specially in pregnancy the diet is even more important because you create new life.I will use the analogy of making a car. If you use the best materials and best engineers( the nature) the results will be fabulous:) inadequate diet can relate to problems that the baby will have later in life.Basically you can impact the whole life of your baby.
