Gluten-free: Plenty of patients get pregnant with gluten free diets and celiac's disease where they can't eat gluten and they do just fine. Gluten is not necessary so long as you're getting enough protein to sustain your pregnancy. The only concern is if you have true celiac's in which case you may be at risk of malabsorption of nutrients and have anemia. Check with your doctor re: anemia risk.
