Healthy pregnancy: Pregnancy is not a "disease", and normal dietary habits, pre=natal vitamins, and exercise are generally good to develop, and can help with supporting a normal pregnancy. There are conditions which may require other forms of support or avoidance of some factors. An excellent refercne book is " What to Expect when Expecting". Consult an obstetrician for more guidance.

Good question: First make sure you are healthy enough to become pregnant, secondly have a strong loving relationship with the person you are having intercourse with. Are you in a position to offer a suitable home life for the baby? If all answers are yes then choose a board certified OB/GYN physician. Always keep in mind you should have a well balanced diet & absolutely no smoking or drugs. Good luck.

Safe pregnancy: Work closely with your obstetrician and/or midwife. There are so many factors. Ideally you would work with a great integrative or functional medicine doctor for at least four months prior to conception.
