Ideally less than150: But as you know very hard to achieve. But that was not the question you asked. Normal blood stars should not be below 60 though most children will have reactions far above this number because they are used to living too hogh. A low blood sugar reaction is not caused by a number but how rapidly the blood sugar drops do a child may have a reaction at a number of 100 if they were really high before.
