Reduce Mom's Stress: The family needs to come together to see what each member can do to reduce her stress. Work as a team. Use your imagination to plan something special for her. Surprise her with a special meal, send her out to be pampered at a local spa. Have each family member express their gratitude towards mom. If none of this helps and mom remains stressed, make an appointment with your family physician.

Be caring/supportive: Just letting your mom know you love and care about her will make her happy. Ask her how you can help. Volunteering to help with some of her chores will be appreciated. If she seems more irritable than usual, angry, tired, or show significant changes in her personality and or mood, let her know you feel concerned and ask her to seek help.
