Burn-out, fatigue: This is a tough job! been there with my mom's alzheimers. You need to set up help with siblings or other family members or friends, and if those aren't available outside caregivers as this can be both mentally and physically draining without help from others. If she is terminal you might look at hospice as a great resource to help you out with breaks from care responsibilities! i'll say a prayer!
