I infected mom with covid. i probably got it at the gym. she recovered on may 14th. she had mild simptoms. i was asymptomatic. would it be a good idea for me to go back to the gym? would it be reckless for her? im her caregiver. gym is good for me!?

In addition to the standard quarantine, it is highly recommended that you get vaccinated against COVID. Even though you've already had the infection, the vaccine is still beneficial and provides you (and your family) the best protection going forward.
Once you have received your vaccine and waited the recommended time for your body to have the needed immune response, you will be even safer.
