Get blood test: Liver function can and should be checked periodically by a simple blood test ordered by your doctor. Also, the actual blood level of Depakote and the need for both medicines should be checked periodically. The liver itself is a detoxifier; changing medication or specific medical treatment, if needed, should be advised by your doctor. No home remedy is reliable or recommended.
