Safe detox: Not on your own it isn't! I have yet to see a patient successfully detox on their own! now if you are in a medical detox center then possibly yes!

Maybe: Are you getting all these meds from one provider? They are all psychoactive but are different chemicals and have different uses. Naltrexone is for narcotic addiction, whereas Ativan is for anxiety and Effexor (venlafaxine) for depression. With guidance of a doctor, you can navigate all of them together, but require monitoring response to this cocktail.
