My liver enzymes are high, could it be the antidepressants i am using? i am on effexor, (venlafaxine) what do i do if that is what's causing it?

Unlikely: Typically antidepressants do not cause elevated liver enzymes or liver disease. It may be another medication like a mood stabilizer, or alcohol abuse, or a viral infection like hepatitis. You should discuss with your pcp.
