Is there such thing as adrenal fatigue and if so how would you know if you have it?

Not really: Adrenal fatigue is not a recognized condition. There are no validated criteria to diagnose it, nor proven treatments. Adrenal insufficiency is a rare serious condition for which we have diagnostic criteria. However most fatigued people don't have adrenal insufficiency.
