27 at Home: You set the rules and if he is living at home he has to play by those rules.You can spell these out and make him agree to it before he moves in.

I would enter into: a written agreement that you both sign well in advance. Be very clear and specific about rules, boundaries and expectations. If he can't pay rent - then I would ensure that he has a number of chores/ responsibilities. I would specify that he must be actively looking for employment in the contract. Good luck.
