Easy on the stomach: If you're not eating, for whatever reason, you want to ease your way back to a regular diet. Tea & dry toast, plain rice, and other foods that are easy to digest are the way to go. Stay away from heavy, greasy foods, as they are more likely to upset your stomach. Depending on how you do, you should be back to regular in a day or so.
