Good: Are you saying they measured 22 different follicles? That's a lot. You're very early on in the process so it's hard to predict. At the very least though you're average to above average. They will need to watch for ovarian hyperstimulation if you have that many follicles. They may need to decrease your dose in the near future. Most women use stimulation meds for 10-12 days.
