A good amount: Stress can wreak havoc on many physical levels including increasing your BP. A poor diet, over time, can clog your arteries with fats and BAD-LDL cholesterol, so eat well, stay healthy, stress less and see the Dr. for a comprehensive BP management program. Best wishes.
