A member asked:

Is good health a genetic or environmental/nurture quality?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably both.: Good health is likely both genetic and environmental in quality. There is definitely a genetic component to health like low cholesterol, good circulation, and metabolic health, etc.. Environmental and nurturing also have a clear impact, like smoking and drinking that can destroy the best health. So both are very important.
