20 week scan was perfect cavum septum was all there everything in the brain good genetics testing was good ,go to this bad quality ultrasound. they used travel equipment saying couldnt get pic of cabin septum at 22 week, it cant be there then not?

Rely on the "20 week" ultrasound, as poor quality ultrasound equipment may not define any abnormalities properly. A follow-up ultrasound at another facility should confirm the accuracy of the "20 week U/S".
