Depends on damage: Wounds lead to an inflammatory response on the path to healing. Gunshot wounds range from very small to large and life-threatening. So a small gunshot wound may not increase inflammation level much and likewise a large gunshot wound can lead to organ failure, high levels of inflammation and even death.

Gunshot: Gunshot wounds can increase the inflammatory levels, just as would any injury to the body. Unable to ascertain how high those levels would go; and its possible that the inflammatory markets would not show much elevation when tested. It is injury and patient specific.
