Nose infection: It depends on the infecting organism. Assuming that the organism is a bacterium that is sensitive to cefadroxil, then you will be improved within 24-48 hrs. Cure should take 7-10 days. Note, if infection persists or gets worse, it can potentially be very serious. The veins in trhe nose go directly to the brain ! infections need to be managed aggressively!
