Obstruction and: Small intestinal cancers are much less common than colon cancers. The symptoms depend on the type of cancer and may be due to obstruction in the form of swelling of abdomen, pain, vomiting, due to neuroendocrine syndromes, e.g., carcinoid syndrome, and in the case of lymphomas, mass in abdomen and enlargement of lymph nodes.
