Blood in stool : Most common symptom is blood in the stool. If you are having dark tarry stools you need to be seen.

Intestinal cancer: As the prior doctor mentions, the most common symptom is blood in your bowel movement, the color of which may indicate where in the intestine a tumor is. However, many things can cause blood in the stool, and many intestinal cancers are asymptomatic. So, if you are concerned for a specific reason, forget your hate of the doctor visit, and give it a go.
