Obstruction: Small intestinal cancer is much less common than colonic cancer and the symptoms are related to obstruction of the bowel, e.g., vomiting, constipation, mass in abdomen and endocrine symptoms from some tumors. Some small intestinal cancers are lymphomas and may be associated with enlarged lymph-nodes.
