No: Small intestinal cancer is very rare, unless there are very specific symptoms detaited evaluation of your small bowel is not warranted.

Not really: An upper endoscopy (egd: esophagogastroduodenoscopy) looks for cancer and other pathology in the esophagus, stomach, and 1st and 2nd parts of the duodenum. A colonoscopy looks for polyps and cancer in the colon. Small intestine cancer is extremely rare (colon cancer is much more common). So you shouldn't really worry about small intestine cancer.

Probably not: Small intestine cancer is rare. Unless you have unusual persistent GI symptoms or strong family history of cancer, there is no reason to worry about it.
