Part of my small intestine neuroendocrine cancer tumor was removed and not the complete tumor. he did not have expertise and referred me out. does this mean i have active cancer cells traveling thru bloodstream and can move from grade 1 to 3 quickly?

Malignant tumor does not behave (progress) that way, otherwise nobody wants to have the biopsy done which is not much different with your situation.
