Self help/group tx.: This is hard to do since your boss smokes too, but depending on your schedule, if you don't have to be around your boss on every break, take it elsewhere. Also the rest of your day you can try to quit. If there is still trouble self-help groups, like nicotine anonymous and stomp it out may help.
