Great that you decided to quit!! While no one can fully predict your future, it is unlikely that you caused irreparable harm to your gut lining. Give it some time to heal; the generally healthy body heals itself every day. If your symptoms persist for several weeks, see your primary doctor or consider a visit to a Gastroenterologist.

Time to see your doc. Definitely a good thing that you no longer smoke weed. It is likely otherwise that anxiety contributes to your symptoms and will need to be addressed.
