Is it safe to use dantrolene if i have gastric ulcer? would it be better for me to take injection?

Hepatotoxicty: I am assuming that you are not taking Dantrolene in an emergent life-threatening condition. If so the injectable form should be used. Otherwise, Dantrolene pills has a potential for hepatotoxicity. It should be safe to take with gastric ulcer unless it is very severe and actively bleeding and you are not allowed to take oral medications.
