Should i worry of rbc 5.44, hemo 16.6 hematocrit 48.7 rechecked next day & rbc 5.18, hemoglobin 16.5, hematocrit 46.0. ct scan shows colon thickening.

No worry: You RBC and hemoglobin is okay. It is not clear what is meant by colon thickening and you should ask your doctor about that.
