Probably a mix: Of both muscle and fat. Realize, if you truly are only consuming 1200kcals or less per day, I wouldn't use this as a long haul plan; it's fine as short term "kick start". This is considered a significant caloric restriction and will place you at risk for micronutrient deficiency.
