had a door hit me on my head and left a pretty bad mark two days ago. i feel tired a lot now and my vision is a little weird. chance of concussion?

Be seen: I would sure be seen. You could have a concussion, but it could be worse; such as even a subdural hematoma. So with the symptoms you are describing, I would be seen immediately to rule out something more serious.
