I bonked my head on the crawl space a week ago, then threw up randomly an hour later. now i have a stiff neck and get tired easily and wonder if i got a concussion and if i should go see a doctor?

Concussions occur when closed head injury results in loss of consciousness, memory loss, or combination of both. Head injuries may be accompanied by neck injury also. Since it appears that you have lingering symptoms, would be useful to see your doctor.
