Head ache & Vertigo: It appears you are getting the serious issues associated with your symptoms ruled out, so it good to hear the MRI and CT are normal. You may not have dangerous issues for your symptoms, but they seem annoying and problematic none-the-less. Be sure to see a neurologist who specializes in headaches (and vertigo) that can provide you with the best relief going forward. Good luck!
