ENT: serous otitis media ( fluid or mucous in your inner ear ) is best treated with a combination of antihistamine and nasal or oral steroids plus a leukotriene inhibitor like Singulair- please get an ENT evaluation.

Limit use of spray: Pseudoephedrine safely helps decongest the tissues around the eustachian tube to help drain the middle ear. But the nasal spray can be addictive, causing the tissues in your nose to swell worse when you stop. Use it for a MAX of 3 days. A nasal steroid spray can help (without being addictive). Candling doesn't help with middle ear issues, and if your canal is blocked with wax, get a lavage.
