Hi, i have been given beclometasone dipropionate nasal spray in regards to blocked ears, would this be correct?

Yes: Anti-inflammatory nasal sprays such as you have been given are often used for blocked ears, or, more particularly, for eustachian tube dysfunction. They will help sometimes, and you can only know if they will help by giving them a try for a couple of weeks at least.
