I am three months late on my cycle i was recently treated with antibiotics for bacterial infection and tht was two weeks after the period that occure?

Unlikely: It is unlikely that the antibiotics or the BV were related to the delayed period. Many things can cause this including medicines, illnesses such as thyroid disease, diabetes/ insulin resistance, polycystic ovarian syndrome,adrenal disease, and pituitary tumors, stress, weight changes, diet changes, exercise, and changes in your schedule. You need a full history, exam, and testing to know for sure.
